Hello there, apologies if I have posted in the wrong section, I'll get straight to the point!.... I'm a second year history student in University College Cork and I am doing a project on the bombings which occurred at Osnabruck barracks in Germany in 1989 and 1996. I am hoping to get in contact with anyone who may have been serving or working at Quebec barracks at the time of either attack for a short interview. it would be used only for my project, and not appear in any publications. If any forum members could be of any help it would be greatly appreciated....
