Hi guys, just wondereing what this actually entails, heard people say its just a 1.5 or 2.4 km run on a treadmill in under 10 mins and others have told me its a 1.5 mle run in 10:30, then a 2 min rest and a 1.5 mile run in 9:30
if anyone could clear this up it would be appreciated

It's two runs with a minutes rest inbetween I think

On treadmill, supervised by gym instructor at a gym selected by the AFCO:
1.5 Mile run in 12 mins (pace set at required speed and you just run for that time)
1 minute rest
1.5 Mile run in under 10.5 mins (best effort, you can change the speed whilst running however you like)
