Hiram Potts was our troop Cdr in A Troop 40Cdo in 1959-60. strict but fair.

Hiram was the man who had the road known as Hiram's Highway built in the New Territories,South China,some man,and a great eccentric character.

Joined Royal Marines in 1957 ,left in 1966
