Some of us have never heard of GREP. For the sake of those, could you summarise and briefly explain who they are, what they do, and to whom they report?

Do these people hang from the Eiffel Tower when it is open to the public, or do they sell tickets in case one of them falls. To be quite honest I can't see them doing this on a public building in the middle of their capital city. Now in a deserted building some where quite yes but not in the middle of Paris
