Hi,
I found your forums recently and they have been a great help, this is a quick post to say thanks as it seemed un fair to not register or pass on my gratitude. I am currently in the process of applying for the Royal Marines, having just passed my aptitude tests and eye examination and have my medical and interview on June 2nd.
I currently incorperate the 'onehundredpressups' and situps link as part of my circuit training and regulary use 'mapmyrun' to work out milage and pace for my outdoor runs.
Also I'm currently researching the areas suggested in an earlier post in preparation for my interview.
Again I don't often register on the internet but thought the amount of info you have passed on to me deserved a thankyou.
