I've got this and have just read the first few pages and have noticed the differences highlighted in the different types of strength. Which type is needed for RM training (am hopefully joining as an officer)? And, if it is endurance strength that is needed, and this book deals mainly with max strength, will increasing my max strength increase my strength endurance?
