Alright mate! I didn’t have to do an acquaint day. No one ever mentioned it to me so I just left it as that.

At the minute I quite happy with my running, my times are goods. I’ve got three more weeks to knock them down a bit more so I’m not too worried.

I’m sure the RMAD will be easy compared to the PRMC, but I bet it will be quite helpful because at least you will know what you’re in for.

What do you mean by how strong am I?

Not really sure how my PRMC will go, I guess I’ve just got to go down there and give it my best. I know it isn’t going to be easy but as long as i've prepaired I’m sure it will go well.

Well within the 2 minutes my PB’s are:

Press ups = 68
Sit-ups = 84
Pull ups = 9

I do these just after I have done the bleep test, so their a little lower than if I would do them fresh.

I don’t know anyone who is on my PRMC yet, hopefully someone off here will be.

You get 2 minutes to do each test and they do them one after another. With the press ups though you are able to hold in the press up position for a rest then continue until the 2 minutes are up.

Currently with a quick warm up before hand I’m averaging between 12.9 and 13.

wow thats awesome most people are passing with like 11 and you do your excercises after 13 jesus

ive been practising my press ups for 1 minute ahh shouldnt make much difference though im always dead at the end ill have too start pacing my self its good that you can have a break whilst in the press up position so the requirement for press ups is 4o min-60 rated as excellent in 2 mins thats crazy but easier i wont be knocking that

Well i did my PJFT early this morning. And i have to go back up to the AFCO in a few hours to double check, but he mentioned that should i pass the test (which i have obviously) he will get me booked in for PRMC on the 4-7 of September. Since it is shut during the month of august.
Quite excited actually. But it is still a long way off and i have plenty to do in that time, for sure.
Another foreigner...figures.

Passed out. 25th of July 2008!
