Hi everyone,

I am a 28 yr old doctor in the west midlands looking to be recruited as an officer cadet into the royal navy. I am currently in the process of sending off a CV to Lt. Dewey in recruitment, but i am unsure about the AIB, and what it really involves, and what the best way to prepare for it is. I would be grateful for any perspective or advice on this please. seen some really good posts so far but wondered if there are any changes to the assessments that I should know about please.
