Paras or Irish guards?

I'm looking at joining up but can't decide what reg to join, I'm fit enough to pass selection for both reg's but would like some help in making me mind up, anyone got any info to help out

The Para's are a way life, so if you sure not sure take the easy option and join the Irish Guards

Agree with Tab, however being a Guard is another lifestyle in its own right!
