Ok hey guys, ive just had my eyesight test at boots and sent of the form and medical questionaire this morning. one of the next thing si have to do is the medical, now im a fit guy and dont have any health problems whatsoever BUT, when i was a child about 10 years ago i had a perforated eardrum. this is all fixed now but i was told my hearing isnt perfect and roughly 30% down in my right ear. personally i dont think this is very much and hasnt had any real affect on my life so far. my question is Roughly how hard is the hearing test and what does it exactly involve?. Also am i right in thinking your hearing doesnt have to be AMAZING due to it saying you are eligible to join if uve had a perforated eardrum. surely nowone eharing is ever really the same?
also anyone whos been recruited and has previously had a perforated eardrum plz message me on how you did in the test or whatever.
sorry this was a bit long winded but if u have any info to help me plz get in touch
peace
