Protein Powder while on RT

Post by alphamale »

sorry if this has already been answered fellas, searched the forums for an answer, cant find a thing

Once you Pass the PRMC and get accepted, are you allowed protein powder as a supplement to your four square meals a day?

i only ask this as i know you are allowed to suppliment with sweets, chocolate, juice etc

anyone shed any light on this?

youll learn fast that you need all the food you can get and more! no real need to take protien in training as the more you weigh the more you yomp with!

Training isnt the time to be trying to get massive, as you'd fall more than likely with the amount of shit your body puts up with.

A lot of bootnecks taking maximuscle and that once theyve passed out, no need in training and finding the time to do it, you'll be lucky!!

just wait 8 months and smash it at a unit when you can use the gym etc

cheers mate, yea i see your point, every pound you put on would be extra weight on your joints that have to carry you over all the PT etc...

being lean and in fighting fit condition might be the best option while RT and then when you join a unit take all the supplements you want haha

nothing better than watching a lad be sick, throw his pasty up and watch the colour stripey forcfully stick another down his throat....and feeling, f@#k im hanging out but that bloke must be feeling like shit, hows he breating with that stuck in there!!

save the massiveshakes for unit life, its a proven, medical/scientific fact that pussers 9'o'clockers stew has 28.6% more protien and massiveness than any food supplement ever! plus its free to nods.

Another animal protein found in both shock and whey protein powders are. Although the serum is often used, is non-vegetarian, and often cause problems in people who are tolerant to lactose or suffer from allergies. The serum is actually a byproduct of the dairy industry, especially cheese, which would otherwise be discarded until it is packaged and marketed by the dairy industry and a high quality protein. Whey is actually more difficult to absorb and can be difficult to digest for many people. The serum is highly processed before becoming a powder and added flavor that is a concern for many people.
