There's a local fun run going on round my way in a couple of weeks on 10th of June. I just saw the poster while I was out and about today and thought I fancy a bit of that. Gives me a bit of fun in my training building up to my PGAC re-attempt. Then i thought why not get some sponsorship together, and Help For Heroes seemed the obvious choice of charity.
