ok a stupid question but i would like to know,When you are doing situps on PRMC does some body hold your feet

I have been doing situps unaided,but there easier with your feet been held.

Yes someone does hold your feet. I adivse you to use the search button first for any information you would like. If you dont find the information your looking for, then post. I'm telling you this because alot of members here at MF dont like it when people post things that have already be done and dusted.

mate, like firefox said, this thread (along with 'am i doing press-ups correctly?' has been covered more times than you can shake a stick at and would have been easily found if you had used the said search button located at the top of the page between the said FAQ button and Memberlist button. hope this has been of some assistance, you learn something new every day!!
