I have got a date for my PROAC at the depot in Feb, is anyone else going???

Well it seems to be working!

Just ran 5.1km in 24 minutes non stop, compared to 29 last week with having to stop twice.

I know this is going to sound strange but does anyone use skipping in their work out routine? I just did a 20 minute circuit and the sweat is pouring off of me, it worked me harder then my normal 3.2 mile run, also it doesnt hurt my knee compared to running. I also have just ordered the fighting fit...

I have no idea who the guy was, he was in civies, which made me look twice, his attitude put me off wanting to speak to him much more.

As for who runs it, again i have no idea.

Had a careers fare at uni today and there was a Wing Commander who was a hell of alot more helpful then London AFCO and is going to try and get me on a PROAC in either Feb or May.
