Indeed. Cant really speak for the PGAC side of things, but if it mirrors PROAC TJD's advise is pretty much spot on. The 3 mile run shouldn't cause too much problem, 24 minutes isnt anything drastic as its around the footie pitch, as long as he looks like he is breaking his balls to meet the target t...

PROAC info is hard to come by as SNCO PGAC posts on here will tell you.

They put more effort into getting PGAC info out as they have more people applying for gunner then officer.

You cant be looking hard enough!

There are two reports on here about it, I know because I wrote one of them...not a good start.

In short expect a nice 3 day break at Honi as the guest of OC JROC and SNCO JROC..

Yep, use a rowing machine. Use the following training Row normal for 50 seconds then hard for 10 Normal for 40 - Fast for 20 " " for 30 - " " 30 " " for 20 - " " 40 " " for 10 - " " 50 Repeat 5 times.
