I'm 34 (with prev army experience) and was turned away.
I'm a Doctor and have spent the last 10 years getting through exams. Now have the time to join RMR and bring my skills from civi practice but seems I'm too old...

just wondered what your thoughts were on crossfit as a training method?
Do you think it's good for training for selection?
I'd imagine in the paras for example you might need to focus more on endurance/running
