hmmm well i just the same really i can run the distance but i still have hard heavy breathing so i guess the main thing is the will to carry on!!! when do start phase one and wot you doing?

well just thought id say hi!!!!! im 22 from north yorkshire and am starting phase one training in january as a vm!!! cant wait but am a lil nervous lol
