Congrats! A little Pat Question; What was the hardest part...the Commando Tests or something else? The commando tests are hard, but you are prepared for it (mentally more than anything). But the hardest thing for me was probably some of the yomps we did on final ex. GPMG...PING, it was mine  ...

1. Easy for you to tell me to stop worrying, you not the one going through all of this. 2. Not sure why people are getting soo annoyed with this, I STILL havent got a definite answer! 3. Nice tatoo looks like a spartan is it ?? Theyre not offensive/racist or anything and dont show over long sleeves so i'd imagine they would be ok with them. But go down and see you'r afco and show him/her and see what they say. He has already. But he won't listen to them and forget about it. If your...

Run faster! I found that Fartlek sessions helped me the most. Hill sprints, bleep tests, these are the types of exercises you will want to be cracking before your PRMC. If i was going to be giving any advice to fella's heading towards PRMC it would be to concentrate, HARD, on aerobic exercises. Spri...

Don't want to cause trouble. But why is perfect grammer/spelling so important on this forum?
If it was completely unintelligible then i would understand, but thats often not the case. And anyway, not everyone is all that good at english, or in fact typing.

Besides anything you would need to be the top marksmen in your troop, or indeed one of the best in the corps to be considered i bet. ( I would imagine anyway). Natural talent and binoculars for eyes would be helpful.

Hi mate, The pre-PRMC is a course if you only just fail the PRMC. You get given the option if you want to do it by the Cpl's on your PRMC if you have only just failed it. You can't apply for it. It's a 4 week course and gets you up to PRMC fitness so you can re-take PRMC. If you pass PRMC next time...
