if your going to start running with weights my advice is to start walking first. Start with 5lb (I know it's not alot) but start a full week walking with it for 6km. When you pass the recruitment stage...do you have to wait for the AFCO to contact you or do you have to contact them? They didn't say anything at the RSC, and I didn't think to ask!
