I got stuck at around 25 press ups before my prmc. Im still shit but better than I was! What worked for me was doing 2 minutes worth. Start your stop watch and make a start. Once you max out at your limit (you say 30 at the moment) after say 60 seconds, rest in the extended position, crack out a cou...

In the little handbook you are given after prmc it mentions a map case, is it worth taking one? Have one already if its worth taking.

Also it says about some stationary, do we need this lot as well?

I was fine to change the speed myself, but obviously you can't go holding on to the rails.

I think its where the staff get you to walk around in a circle after the assault course to stay warm before the determination tests. Its just where the grass is worn ayay to the dirt below.

As already said, just ask them. Before deciding to join the marines I thought about some TA stuff, so I contacted uksf-r, and they sent me some info on fitness and eye/medical requirements. Theres too much bullsh*t in the sf section here so dont take the advice to be 100% accurate, unless you know i...

Confused.com is my best suggestion.

I have a Alfa GTV 3.0 V6 and im 25, but luckily I live in a rural area so its a low risk area.

Put your mum/wife/girl friend on your insurance as well, should lower it a bit.

Unfortunately its going to be a bitch when you've only just passed.
