Well I just emaild the Cpl that done my interview for the reserves and told her what as happens, so just going to wait and see what she has to say.

Also my parents work for the MOD and my mum works with an officer from the RAF who is going to ring the AFCO and try and get some info out of them.

I just rang the AFCO about my application for the RAF and asked what my options are. I was told that they can’t tell me why I was unsuccessful and I can’t reapply which means I can’t have a career in the RAF. I just can’t work out why. When I had my hearing test for the reserves I was inside a sound proof box and I couldn’t hear anything apart from the bleeping.

So its pretty much the same streaming process as pilots, they say the two favorite aircraft they would like to fly and the one they would least like to fly in, and the best is done to get them were they want. With in reason.

I got an interview on Wednesday for movement controller.

I want to be a NCO aircrew but I haven’t got the grade in maths I need. So i am applying as movement controller to start with once I'm full trained I'm going to retake my GCSE maths and get the grade needed after that I'm going to apply for weapon system operator. Thats what the AFCO told me I do.
