Transfer from Army to RAF Police

Hello all...
I’m currently serving in the Army, I’m a LCpl and I’m thinking of transferring the RAF police as I think the job will suit me down to a tee....
how ever there is a massive drop in pay, as I’ve been made aware there is no mark time pay...
I have a dog and a long term relationship with my partner.
I have a couple of questions which I’m hoping can be answered!
Are there quarters in southwick park (phase 2 or specialists training)...If so would I be entitled to a quarter during training and afterwards either as a single or in a long term relationship..
And is the drop in pay 100% bound to happen..
sorry for my little knowledge on the subject but I can’t seem to find any info online on the subject! Thank you in advance!
