Hey guys, names Simon and I'm planning to join RMR London. I've spoken to them and I'm going to an introductory talk on the 'first wedensday of the month' which of course is the 7th this time around.

I was just wondering if there's any assessing that goes on then and if I'll need to know anything in time for then? I'm sure the introductory talk is pretty much just what it says on the tin, but you never know eh...

Also I've done a bit of reading around already and I see that prior prior to entry we go through holding troop. Is there a level of fitness we need to get to for that or will holding troop ensure that we know what to be doing in time for our pre-joining fitness tests?
