What little things make your day?

What little things make your day?

Post by Hyperlithe »

We all managed to find lots of things that annoyed us, thought I'd start a thread that was a little more cheerful!
I'll start...

1. Getting over 40mpg out of my 1994 2.0 Golf GTi.
2. Photos of my friends' babies.
3. Finding a packet of Fruit Pastilles in the pocket of my flying jacket, and them not being past their best before date.
4. Discovering that the mate who owed me £900 has paid it all back.
:D
You can have peace.
Or you can have freedom.
Don't ever count on having both at once.

JPA paying in three months of lost German bank allotment money! Wooohooooooo!!

Knowing tomorrow is Saturday and my 3rd last official lay in day while hubby is still at home

Hubby's PC giving him an extra week's leave before deployment :D

Some people being so so supportive of a project, touched with the response!

Being woken up in the morning by my cat purring in my ear & licking my face. :P
(Although that usually means she's trying to tell me she's pooped or been sick in my slippers..... )

Getting up and not needing to take pain killers.

Finding a twenty pound note in the bottom of your wallet/purse which you forgot about.

A mate saying "I'll buy the wets until I run out of dosh!"

Not taking any painkillers.

Slow sheep.
Tennessee Fainting Goats.
Nuns with a limp.
Finding that my Viking outfit still fits after 33 years.
Finding an old copy of the Globe and Buster, that has a Shoulderholster and Shotgun cartoon strip in it,proving that I didn't imagine it!.
Nuns with a limp.

Seeing justice served. That is always very satisfying, now matter how long it has taken.
