Are the RMR Cdo tests exaclty the same as the regular tests?
How is RMR training course phased and divided up? and over what sort of timeframe?
Cheers for any input....

RMR Cdo Tests
the info on the navy site isnt great. yes the tests are exactly the same, in the same order. i fact, the two week commando course has recently changed and i hear that it is even more busy than before. RMR recruits have to practice the tarzan assault and the assault course on timed runs just before the actual tests as well- not easy!

Yup, All the commando tests are exactly the same. However with the 2 week course being so compressed you do not get a rest day like the regular recruits do on the sunday.
RMR - sat, Endurance sun, 9 Miler, Mon, Tarzan, Tue, 30 Miler
Regs - sat, Endurance, Sun, Rest, Mon, 9 miler, Tue, Tarzan, Wed, 30 Miler
You have to compress a lot into the 1st few days as well with bottom field run through and pass out, 12 mile load carry and also 4 days in the field, along with BST and some other bits and pieces, it is definitely no easier than the regs get.
