Hiya bezza, yeah ive had an outline of what it involves from my mate who did it a while back.
Basically we get driven down in mini-buses on friday, get briefed on what we'll be doing, next day it all starts. I think 3 miler is first, to be done under 22 mins, then gym test 1, which is push ups, sit ups and chins. Apparrently the RMR require more chins than the regulars? Day two is gym test 2 which i think is bleep test. But from what I've been told, the corporals do it in whatever order they feel like. I've mainly been doing short sharp runs, 3 milers, shuttle runs, sit ups push ups and the like. What about you Bezza?
