Buying training equipment.

Post by Greeninside »

Alright lads, could anybody recommend some good online army surplus shops?
Also is there anything i should buy to help my fitness training?
I was thinking of getting some assault boots and a Bergen to go tabing over the Ridgeway.
Cheers, Green

I'd agree with Tab, don't spend money on things just to get for for CIC.
You'll get boots there, and training gets you used to them gradually before you go out on any serious runs/tabs in them 8)
In brief make sure your running is good, and the usual bodyweight things like pressups, situps, core work.
