Hey

Okay, SAS reserve selection..... is it a straight off test from the word go. I mean do you turn up and the first thing you do is go belting around the beacons....or is it gradual.

Say turn up pass the BFT......then 3 weeks later the 4 week test week...then a break .....then the next part...and so on so forth.

Or is it a case of sign the line....head to Wales the next day, and run around lots of hills????

Obviously not an accurate account of selection ..but u get the idea of what im asking.

Doubt theres many people will give you accurate answers here mate. Obviously the SAS expects you to have a very very high level of fitness before even showing up for training and most important of all having the mental ability to push yourself further than your body wants to go.
