Correct Exercise Form

Post by Daveb »

Press ups
These are the proper Marine press ups. On PRMC, they are very picky about these, so make sure you keep your elbows tucked in against your body, legs together, body straight, head up, and chest all the way down til you touch the fist of your oppo who's counting you. Here is a .gif imagine of it:

Pull ups
These are the type of pull ups you have to do. Notice how thick the bar is, you cannot wrap your hands round it. You need to get your head above the bar. (see my PRMC diary for complete info on how to do it)

Sit Ups
Another one the PTI's are very picky on. Keep your knees together at all times. When going up, make sure your elbows touch the top of your knees, when goig down, both arms need to 'slap' the floor.
