Mars Bars:

The black and red shring which sits below the rank slide on the epaulette, normally they are sewn together and mounted on rigid card or plastic so as to look smarter! Worn in blues (No 2 Dress) with dark blue / silver chevrons

H N How are you mate?
I finish all my marathons it's just that Rome took a little longer than the norm due to a knee injury which some young italian nurse rubbed for several mins before sending me on my way which didnt make the pain go but by god i had a smile on my face for about 30 mins, she was stunning.
Viewings of my medal(s), are being held at goldie towers between 10.00-1400hrs each day free admission but it costs a tenner to get out.

As im sure H N will confirm the aptitude test consists of pushing the red button for lifting the barrier and the green one for lowering it, if you can do this as well as asking for some I.D then your in!!!
