any afco's on here??

I left the army in 2003.
Tried to rejoin two yrs back, and was rejected with a 203 code, basically cus I didn't have a job role that was needed at the time
Went in to try and join the TA today and they mentioned I'd been rejected.
If I got a 203 rejection trying to re join the regular army, will in stand to reason I'd be rejected from joining the TA?
