On the conditioning section it says
walk/jog 20 mins (walk 2 jog 2)(5 times)
That walk 2, jog 2's got me confused, does it mean walk/jog for 2 minutes twice before switching to the other or what :-?

I'd imagine it means walk 2 mins, jog 2 mins, walk 2, jog 2 etc

(walk 2 + jog 2) x 5 = 20 minutes.

That sounds right but appears to assume a fairly low base level of fitness then, can't be saying anything else though

It's only the conditioning level mate before you start the proper training to help you avoid injuries.

I'll ask the army webteam tommorrow.

fair enough, I guess they've got to avoid being sued if someone starts a program they're not ready for

Another quick question regarding the plan.

Day 1, level 1 it says.

"3 x 1/2 max pressups"

Does that mean do half as many pressups in a minute three times :-?
