TA fitness plan.
Ive decided to join the TA while studying for my A-levels.
The trouble is Im not in the best shape
I know I need to improve my fitness but I really dont know where to start any advice would be much appreciated.

On the conditioning section it says
That walk 2, jog 2's got me confused, does it mean walk/jog for 2 minutes twice before switching to the other or whatwalk/jog 20 mins (walk 2 jog 2)(5 times)
