TA medical compared to Regs????

Hi i passed my TA medical the other year with no problems at all, but i am having problems with the regs medical because i had my splien out when i was 12.
Just wondered why the medical people said i was fine to be operational with the TA, but not the regs? surely it should be the same for both?????????

what happened at your regulars medical then? did they not pass you?

ive not done my regs medical yet, im waiting for the forms to be sent back from my GP,but i'm pretty sure they will knock me back because having no splien is on the list of conditions that bar you from service

the TA medical is not as intense as the regulars medical mate if its on the list then you will nodoubt have some trouble,
