Dragon Sponsors the RAF

Post by thenard1664 »

Hey everybody,

I hope this finds you all well and in good health?

Question; have you ever heard of Dragon or drgtoken?

Former Royal Marines Commando ‘Paul Moynan’ is a co-founder of Dragon (DRG) and his experience with Her Majesty’s Royal Marines Commandos has added an aggressive driving style to his social responsibility ethos within the business model.

Dragon has been on the radar for just over 4 months now and already they have become heavily involved in support and sponsorship for various events that involve serving/former servicemen and women.

One of which is the RAF Dambusters Miles.

The Dambusters Miles is a walk, march and run event at RAF Cosford, which will be carried out to commemorate the brave men and women of Operation Chastise, otherwise known as ‘The Dambusters Raid’. 19 teams of 7 members each will set off on the 16th May at exactly the same time the first Lancaster bomber took off from RAF Scampton, until the exact time the last Lancaster bomber landed back at base. This was a highly successful raid that slowed the Nazi war machine significantly. Unfortunately, 8 aircraft were lost during this raid. Dragon is honored and proud to be able to sponsor this event on the 75th Anniversary of Operation Chastise.
