I am at the moment 13 and i am pretty sure on joining the army. Another thing im sure on is going to Harrogate. Anyway the thing is i know you can go there preparing for paras and royal engineers but can you go preparing for 9 Para Sqn Independent RE? So basically parachute trained engineers?

answers would be appreciated greatly :)

You have a few years in front of you yet before worrying about this, and no one has any idea just what the army will look like then.

Play sports, cycle, swim and just a bit of running, if you keep fit then you should not have any problems, but don't go mad just enjoy life, but if you are just 13 years old then you have five years before YOU can sign up with out your parents consent.
Life at age should be enjoyed as it passes only to quickly.

If you are talking about the SAS they do not have Regiments they have Squadrons. You can join a TA SAS Unit but as I say you have a long time to go before you are old enough
