Afternoon fellers, just wondering if there will be a member of the training staff who also does the 1.5 miles, at the required speed? So candidates can keep up with him to ensure they've passed?

Hello Nero, as far as I know there will be training team members throughout the pack, one at the front, in the middle and at the back. The guy at the front will be a complete animal to keep up with so if you do you'll be running it in sub 8 mins.

Yeah but he'll be telling you to sort your shit out and get up to the front. I imagine there will be a wagon at the back picking people up who drop out. Don't fall that far behind or you'll be binned.
