just a quick question had the cartilage removed from the left side of my right knee it does not bother me at all would this stop me form joining the paras

any info would be of great help

You'd need to speak to the AFCO or the Doctor for a definitive answer, however considering the Role of Para Regt I would imagine they would say No.

You had the cartilage "removed"? That sounds a bit fishy so i'd make sure you know exactly what you had done before you go about getting answers... at the end of the day you dont want the right answer to the wrong question! If you tore the cartilage and had surgery to correct it, that doesn't make it removed.

You have more than likely had it 'trimmed' not removed. It is an corrective operation as much as having a broken leg fixed would be. Id assume it wouldnt be a bar on entry but the gurus at AFCO will set you straight.
