Training partner.

Hello guys!

First off big thanks to all the members for their posts, some real good info that's helping me get my fitness up aiming for the para standard! Keep it coming!

Thought i'd post up see if there is anyone from the Stirlingshire area, Scotland that's thinking of joining or joining and currently training and would like a partner to do some with! Jogs, Runs, Cross country, hills etc anything. Let me know if anyone is interested.
