Finally done it

Post by chris5818 »

Well guys its been nearly 70 weeks and ive finally got to king squad, about time as well!

Its been a long hard struggle with the injuries ive had from week 3 with broken ribs to a broken elbow picked up in week 22 and a bad knee infection caught on Final Ex which put me in hospital for 3 weeks.

Basically I wanted to say a quick thanks to this site and the admins, I know i havent posted in a long long time but it helped me greatly at the begining of training so wanted to repay the favor if anyones struggling with traning or was in need of any advice.

Hope everyones well, to be honest it still hasnt sunk in yet but sure it will come next friday.

Cheers

Cheers lads appreciate it, get my draft tomorrow i put 45 down and there was only another 2 who chose it as well so will probably get it. Just hope i get to go to Lecconsfield as there are only 24 places and 30 in our troop!

If anyones got any questions about anything just ask, will reply as quick as i can but this week is pretty manic!

Take it easy

You hope you get to go to Leconfield? Never heard that one before, but then I suppose the best time to go is whilst you're still in Nodi mode, cos that's what it's like :o

It's a phase 2 training establishment where all the mega blokes from RLC do their driver training, alot of RM lads who finish training do theirs there also.

Sorry for the late replies lads and cheers for all your support!!

Lecconsfield isnt as bad as people make out, i didnt have any licence and in the space of 5 weeks i can now drive everything up to 50tonners!! Its nothing like trianing no inspections and all that crap just driving!! Yeah it gets boring but but hey im sorted with everything now!

Im currently at 45 now been here a month or so and everythings going well!!

If anyones got any questions ask away! Will try to reply a lot quicker this time!!
