Post your 3 miler times

Post by designervision »

I thoght it might be nice to have a post where people can refer to, to see what times they should be trying to acheive.

I for one need this post!

Sam.

Personal Best is 21 Minutes for me
I know there are plenty of 18-19 minuters on here though!

21:59 for a 3. 26 mile run (according to map my run)… hilly route, mainly pavements and roads and one huge 200 M steep hill at the start, if that helps any :-?

This post could go one of two ways... lets hope it's positive and yes we will know you're lying if you say 3 miles in 12 minuets with 60 KG Bergen and boots all up hill  :P

17mins 38secs, all in hills, but no steep gradients, in standard kit and boots with no weight.

Cheers.

keep it up mate, make sure you write down the times that you do it in, that way you can see if your improving!

Make that 21:57 as of approximately 15 minuets ago :D :D ... not a huge improvement but ever last second counts. Surprised when I looked at my time at the end, felt like a tough one seen as though I’d done a hard leg circuit after my cross county race yesterday, (which I came 3rd in a field of well over 75... yes I am bragging now :P ) rather sore but i guess that pushed me even harder.

Off to the football now though for a rest and a hard earned PIE, c'mon you rip roaring potters!!! :P
