recommended reading

hey does anyone know who has got the good news letter where we can get the recommended reading stuff from. i know we get issued alot of it during the fam visit but i thought it might not do any harm to get some of the stuff now. anywhere that is cheap or anything like that?

REME-Bod on TSR rang up the Cranwell Library and got them sent to him. But he starts in Feb and I don't know if they'll be prepared to send that early if we start in may. Plus we've got a lot more time between the fam visit and IOT than the Feb people.

Probably worth ringing and asking at any rate. As with ringing a PTI, shows you're being keen I guess.

yea i spose it is a wee bit early yet. are there any good book shops we can get the other stuff that we arent issued with?

Amazon for the details -isbn etc - but don't buy from there cause they seem to have an inability to actually deliver anything published by HMSO, thus HMSO bookshop is good, number's on the main RAF page under the documents to order section.
