ok so ive been in the army a year and at the moment im very stressed its making me ill, i dont go out anymore i feel down constantly and regret everyday that i ever joined, i hope its just a bad patch becuase i dont want it to be like this for the next 3 years!

Was a lurker for a while.
Been on ops twice in 3 years and didnt have a loptop for a while

Loads of reasons but making up for it now !

Go see the Doc, it wont get you out but talking to a professional rather than someone on a Forum might help.

Perhaps a change might help or look for something you like to do.
Plenty of oppertunities in the Army (Sailing/diving/parachuting) must be something you enjoy.

You mention lifestyle??? Am wondering if your in with the wrong group for you?
How old are you?? Are you JE or SE???
Have you been away on tour yet???
