Just out of interest what would be considered a good workout swimming? :-? I usually do 20 lengths (30m pool) breast-stroke without stopping after going in the gym, although admitedly that's at an old man pace as my technique is pretty shite! :P I then do a few underwater lengths although I can only...

AFCO's are open seven days a week aren't they? :-? If you haven't got time to go in person then why not give your local AFCO a ring instead of the national recruitment line? I imagine the staff there will be more informed and will tell you the same thing on the phone as if you asked in person. ;)

Don't worry about it, you haven't asked how to get straight into the SAS, or tryd 2 typ lyk dis on a fone m8 and to my knowledge haven't called a mod a nob so you are doing better than some. :)

Don't worry mate so was I, although in my case rightly so as I was TMU'd! :o All it is is fill out a form giving details of your medical status and history, pee into a tube, wait for ages, see a nurse for a hearing test where you listen for high pitched noises wearing headphones and also a lung cap...

There have been posts about depression before so do a quick search as I know fark all about that, if I remember correctly from what I have read on here though there is a 'waiting time' where you have to have had no problems for a certain time after being diagnosed but again that is just off the top ...

Thats it. ;) I'm not sure that the online ones are as good as I imagine your computer display and settings can come into play but it gives you an idea at least.

You need CP4. The only colour perception test I remember taking is the test where you have to read the coloured numbers made up of little circles against a background of a different colour. Don't know what they are called, that's the best way I can describe them. :D
