Can anyone tell me what i can expect to pay for accomodation and dining during my time on these 2 courses and also advise me of any unexpected incidental c...

That's bad news mate, i feel for you.

I've taken the decision to give up football for now, with only a month to go, it's just too risky.

I don't know much about IOT, Gemma, but i think the only way you should look at it is just get as fit as you possibly can - don't fret about it, just work - you can only be as fit as you can get yourself, i suppose. I've just had the call from Cranwell - the ECG has returned fine - i'm fit, healthy ...

Yes mate - i'm going for WSOp NCA - i'm just waiting on final medical clearance which will be here in the next week - i've already been given a date for starting. I'm just starting to get nervous and excitement now - only a month to go after trying for nearly 2 years (got rejected once - had to wait...

Gemma - they test for everything, literally. They can pick up on any fault with all of your major organs through it, all diseases, drug use, alcohol levels, absolutely everything. I read a story of one guy who had to do a retest as they found too much potassium in his blood - he'd eaten too many ban...

I stepped off the treadmill last night and my shins felt awful. I'm going to have to give the running up for a few days, i think. I've ran 2 miles every day this week and played five-a-side football - it think it's the footy that does it, all those sharp turns etc... Anyway, on a slightly positive n...

That's very good rogue, you can't argue with any of the content and i believe it would be very useful for somebody wanting to apply for RAF officer or NCA to have a read of. If you want me to be ultra-critical though, i would say paragraph it up a bit more. Being a regular user of many different for...

MFAT seems to be more popular with the Army / Marines boys and girls.

I still pop in every day though.
