Most treadmills are KPH and include a cooldown, make sure it's set to miles

I believe when on home soil they follow the same rules as regular soldiers, with that being said they display there ranks accordingly, and follow all the same regulations as everyone else, so if you wan't to play SAS, wear the typical British Army Uniform but with a SAS beret. When out on operations...

you have a trenching tool, and if you don't need trenches then you will need to dig a crapper. Digging a crapper is must as it gets rid of the smell and keeps the fly's away, the last thing you need are flies that have just been feasting on your turd then come and settle on your food. Special Forces, an MMA fighter would stop with a tap out, the SF would only stop when his opponent is dead or paralyzed. As people have stated above, 1 is an Elite Killing Machine, the worlds most Elite Killing Machine may I add, and another is trained in fair play for sport , there's no competition...

I had a Chicken Curry from them once that was amazing I brought some home for my GF, and she loved them, allot of effort has gone into designing them it would seem.

I'd aim for 12 years service, if you reach an Officer Rank you could get another 12 years after that, I could be wrong though.
