its may 6th pal and one in june 10th and every month after ill september

i hope it is may because im off to adsc in the next three weeks, then prac two weeks after so ill be ready for may

hi all i have signed up fpr the paras but my mate wants to sign up. but he has a criminal record hes never been to to prison and hes only either been done for assult he has 3 convictions that will be spent in 9 months hes not been trouble for like 4 and half years will this stop him getting in

how far is the staplechase pal i forgot to ask

are the press ups and situps a 2min best effort

hi lads ive signed up for the paras i dont have no trouible with the pysical side of things and im waiting to go adsc but my recruiter said to me if i suck on the ice breaker which im not good at the paras wont have you how true is this.

ahh just read what u had to do lol, how many chin ups do u have to do and what tie do u have to come inn the staple chase to pass, also how mny times u go round the hill repertations
