Re: Doing reserve p company in April 2018

I passed the reserve p coy in December, I was running 6-8 miles once a week, 3-4 miles ending with hill sprints once a week, circuits 2-3 times a week and a tab thrown in at the weekend. Your unit drill nights should provide you with a good phys session too.

Re: Para PT

You start doing runs 5, 6 7 miles. Circuits on the astro turf. Start tabbing around week 4-6. And obviously lots and lots of corridor sessions

Best para or special forces books

I'm looking for a book on the paras or special forces. I've read ground truth, 3 para and pathfinder by David blakeley. Any suggestions?

Have a look on the parachute regiment Facebook page. There is a big post about it. I don't know what to believe.
