cheers TT - thats great info,

yeh i know my running aint exactly marathon standard yet, and im planning on adding the third run and a 10mile bike ride each week. I'll prob be making the third run a 4 miler actually.

6 weeks? I always thought that the commando course (AACC) is the same for which ever service you go for - 9 weeks, or is the AACC different to the RM commando course?
