haha we get beasted around the assalt corse we did pre para fire team assment around the assalt course 8:41 it ook us which is going around the assalt course twice and then round the outside 2 what a f@#k lick out!!!! Hi Andy, welcome aboard! Simple answers to your questions: 1. Nope, the 3 miler is done in sports kit and trainers, ditto the bleep test and press up/situp test. Lol too diffcult to get a posting on there its manly all of 2 sqn so yh plus the job out on operations with the raf regt is not what i expected thats manly my reason for transfering

personally wen i was training for pgac i used to run with 10kg in a daysack go about 3 mile each morning that sorts your cardio out and for upper body id do press ups with day sack on with 10kg in and sit ups 50 in morning and 50 in evening personally id join the paras or the marines though as this ...
