Just to say thanks for the help, meeting went excellently and I'm back on the straight and narrow.

Apparently I never was off the thin blue line, but he likes that I care so much. Good reference now!

Cheers

Thanks Doc. I was told by another source that since I asked for the meeting, it is classed as informal. As that, I should just walk in. I take it that that's all rubbish then? I know I may be going a bit OTT, but simply I want to get everything right. Knock on door, march to a reasonable distance in...

Meeting Conduct

Hello everyone, I'm afraid I need your advice again! Any advice is as always greatly appreciated. Depends on how long you are committed to serving. I'd say go in the RN but then again if it is a thing you only want to do for a year or so, I'd say no to both. You could achieve alot within the RN but it is down to you and what you fully want. Coming out as a Civvy I'd say as a full RN officer you...

Going from rating in RNR to Ranked in RN

And I have a few questions! I've almost finished an aerospace degree, and wish to join the FAA, and become an officer. I joined the RNR a few months back. I wanted to get some experience and get a bit of a Naval mindset, and generally I thought it would give me a better outlook. But what I need to k...
